Main Street in Wells is brand new and excited to grow and develop using all the local tools and human capital available. There are no wrong answers - the canvas is blank and the ideas are endless.

How Our Main Street Started

After a 6.0 earthquake left the Downtown area damaged and somewhat vacant, the City wanted to re-energize Downtown and make it better than ever.

Now is the perfect time as our area has a growing number of local entrepreneurs that need very low-cost space to get their “baby” businesses underway.
